This course includes the basics of what revenue cycle is and an in depth look at the different stages.  The course will define the different steps in both the front office services and back-office/billing that affect the revenue cycle.

The learning outcome of this program is to enable the learner to have a greater understanding of both the positive and negative items that will affect the revenue cycle management.

At the conclusion of this program, the participant will be able to:
